TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS DUE TO CONSTRUCTION SITES
There are no temporary traffic arrangements due to works by EAXA S.A. for the time being.

TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS AT OMONOIA SQUARE
1. Single traffic direction at Piraeus St. from Menandrou St. to Omonoia Square
Piraeus St now has 3 traffic lanes towards Omonoia Sq. A bus lane (opposite direction) has been created from Socratous St. to Menandrou St.
2. Single traffic direction at Hagiou Konstantinou St. from Omonoia Sq. to Karaeskaki Sq.
Hagiou Konstantinou St. now has 3 traffic lanes towards Karaeskaki Sq.
3. Pedestrianisation of Athenas St. from Omonoia Sq. To Lykourgou St. allowing traffic of Mass Transport vehicles and accommodation present parking stations.
4. Aeolou St. between Panepistimiou St. and Stadiou St. becomes a two-way traffic street with median.

GRAND PROMENADE: D. AREOPAGITOU, A. PAVLOU


Dionysiou Areopagitou and Apostolou Pavlou streets have been pedestrianised within the framework for the construction of the Grand Promenade. Vehicle circulation and parking is not permitted. Traffic is accommodated through central streets like Hamosternas St. and Piraeus St.


STREETS IN THE HISTORIC CENTRE OF ATHENS
The following are included within the interventions implemented by EAXA S.A. on streets in the Historic Centre of Athens:
1. widening of pavements
2. prohibition of parking of vehicles and motorbikes out of the designated parking spaces
3. stopping and temporary parking in allowed for supply vehicles and only at the designated parking spaces.


OTHONOS St.
1. Remodelling of pavements and street surface on Othonos St. (pavements on the side of Syntagma square will be 7,50 m. Wide)
2. Designation of parking spaces for public transport vehicles (Bus 040 towards ?Eleftherios Venizelos? Airport) and tourist coaches.
3. Opening of Othonos St. towards Amalias Av. for use by buses only.
4. Forming of green spaces.

It is reminded that according to the approved study-design, Othonos St. is open for the exclusive use of Mass Transport.

During the construction site period bank vehicles and supply vehicles may use Othonos St.
